I am in the unfortunate position to be workplace-less. With the space in the Hanover Building I would be able to sell off some of my sculptures in order to raise enough money to get my studio back. I am also considering starting sculpture classes and would like to use the space to gain some initial feedback from the public and promote this new venture.
